NZ Tech Podcast Listener Survey and Giveaway Promotion Terms

1.1. By participating in the NZ Tech Podcast Listener Survey and Giveaway promotion on the NZ Tech Podcast website, or other social media channels, you are deemed to have accepted these general terms and conditions.
1.2. The survey and giveaway open on December 12th 2025 and close on 12th January 2026. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
1.3. To be eligible for giveaways, you must supply your name and contact email.
1.4. Winners will be drawn randomly.
1.5. Winners will be notified via email. If we can’t reach the giveaway recipient within three days, we may select a new give away recipient.
1.6. Prizes can’t be transferred, exchanged, or turned into cash. Gorilla Voice Media isn’t responsible for any lost or damaged entries or prizes.
1.7. Gorilla Voice Media accepts no responsibility for any other costs and expenses related to the prize, including any travel-related costs
1.8. Any personal information collected will be kept confidential and only used for NZ Tech Podcast purposes.
